FBI INFORMS GERMAN POLICE ABOUT

U.S. CRUISE MISSILE HIT IN PENTAGON ON 9-11-1

By: Dr. Stefan Grossmann, www.gallerize.com

11-22-7

Members of the FBI informed German police officers in early 2003 that the flying object that hit the Pentagon on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001 was a U.S. Air Force cruise missile, not a passenger airplane. Details:

Being in possession of certain hot papers relating to illegal U.S. national campaign financing linking certain high politicians with Libya and Iraq (the Armenis Papers), I received a very specific death threat by telefax. I am a German attorney in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. I was admitted to the bar there in 1990. My second mother tongue is English.

I filed a criminal complaint with the district attorney’s office in Frankfurt am Main. I pushed my case through a friend whose uncle (not really a relative but called an uncle for being a close friend of my friend’s deceased father) was at the top of the German FBI (Bundeskriminalamt) in Wiesbaden, the right hand of the German federal minister of the interior. (The minister at the time was Otto Schilly, a former attorney.) I was informed in a personal conversation that the German police would be able to provide only a limited protection. It was also suggested that I expand my criminal complaint and submit additional information and documentation about the background of the case.

I followed this suggestion and expanded my criminal complaint, providing voluminous additional information about the background of the case. This additional information had national security implications. The police work for the case was therefore delegated to a branch of the police that a citizen normally would not come in contact with, called the „National Security Police” (Staatsschutzpolizei).

When I was in my office on or shortly before February 11, 2003 I received a phone call from an officer of the National Security Police out of the new police headquarters (Polizeipräsidium). That huge complex of buildings was built on the lot that was left vacant when the U.S. troops pulled out of Frankfurt am Main; this specific lot had been the PX area in Frankfurt. I was invited to come visit the police officer in the new building complex on February 12, 2003. Of course I said I would come to present my case to him.

On February 12, 2003 I took the metropolitan underground railway from my office in the center of town to the police headquarter which is a bit on the outskirts. I announced myself to the security officer at the main entrance and said that I was being expected. He made a call to upstairs and then directed me to go to a building, floor and hallway rather far back in the building complex. He told me I would be picked up there at the security door. I went there and when I got out of the elevator I was met by two serious but friendly officers who wore civilian. They ushered me into a small and rather crammed conference room.

We discussed my two criminal complaints (they had split my filings up into two different cases with two different case numbers). I gave them the original Armenis Papers and they are still in the police safe today. I retain a file and the following memories.

Here is a photo (reduced thumbnail size) of my file:

The first page that is seen in the photo is from a later date (August 10, 2004). By that later date, I had collected more information than I had in February 2003. I was trying to inform the Hamburg State Supreme Court (Hanseatisches Oberlandesgericht) that according to official knowledge of the German police in Frankfurt am Main, the flying object that hit the Pentagon on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2004 was not a passenger airplane but was a U.S. Air Force cruise missile. According to law this was of relevance for the Hamburg court at that time because they had before them the trial of Mounir El-Moutassadeq, accused for aiding and abetting the alleged Hamburg terror cell in alleged preparation of the alleged Arab terror attacks of 9-11-1.

I actually sent this information at least twice to the Hamburg court.

They played dummy and never even called back.

This underlines how hypnotized Western officials are.

Here is a large photo of that same page:

Back to the conference room in Frankfurt am Main, February 12, 2003: me and two German police officers.

As we were discussing the Armenis papers and their contents of American illegal political campaign financing at the highest level, the senior of the two officers mentioned that the two of them had just some days prior met in person with what he called their friends in the FBI during a liason meeting on trans-border national security police issues. One of the points he mentioned was that they (meaning the FBI) sometimes used methods that would make us (us meaning Germans) shudder.

He also told me that their friends in the FBI had told them information about the terror attacks on September 11, 2001. He asked me, what did I think hit the Pentagon on the morning of 9-11-1. At that time, having not yet begun my technical 9-11 research about the so-called planes, I answered what I did believe back then; I replied: That was a passenger plane. The police officer, a completely sober and serious police officer, said that according to FBI information, the Pentagon was never hit by a passenger airplane, but the flying object that hit the Pentagon on the morning of 9-11-1 according to the information of their FBI informants was a U.S. Air Force cruise missile.

I was stunned. I don’t remember if I whistled through my teeth. I do remember that I fell silent for a few seconds. Then I started firing off questions. Then both of them confirmed this over again about two or three times in very clear, calm and precise language. The FBI internally had specific information to this effect and there was no doubt about it.

Here is a photo of the receipt that all three of us signed for my handing over to them the originals of the Armenis papers during that same meeting:

I blacked out their names for confidentiality and deleted from the digital image files the log information that could undo the blacking out. I remember that we discussed briefly whether to leave the travel bag (German „Sporttasche”, a dark green Samsonite travel bag) in the text of the receipt because after signing the receipt we changed our mind and I took the empty bag back along with me; there was no need to put the bag in the safe but the papers went in the safe.

Here is one more photo from my files, showing my February 11, 2003 letter in preparation for our February 12, 2003 meeting, handed by me to the two officers during our meeting:

It outlines some of the jurisdictional reasons and shows why my complaint raises national security issues. The last paragraph in my letter on the photo reads, in English translation (bottom paragraph to the end of page):

„A few key words may outline the national security aspect (to my mind sufficing for an ‘initial suspicion’ as basis for starting investigations): Crash of the Jumbo-Jet TWA 800 off Long Island, U.S.A. on July 17, 1996; cover-up of the underlying missile attack by the U.S. government; terror attacks on September 11, 2001 (with, as far as I know, 11 German citizens killed); cover-up of key background of those terror attacks by the U.S. government; illegal political campaign financing (international money laundering racket) with participation of the largest U.S. insurance company AIG in successorship of the busted BCCI;”

Just two days ago before writing this article, I received from a fellow 9-11 researcher the following e-mail that sheds light on the above. Here is the text of his e-mail:

From a reliable source, a friend who’s a veteran airline captain with a major carrier...

I have a friend, ____, another pilot, who just stayed
with us while in transit from Florida...

On 9/11/2001 he traveled
to Florida, and after he got there, he talked to a neighbor, a
pilot for NW Airlines who was very upset. Very upset after seeing what
happened on 9/11.
That Pilot used to fly in the Navy -- he knew people
in the Navy.

He said there was a missile cruiser in Chesapeake Bay on 9/11.  The
crewmen in the missile control room were told to vacate the control
room, and 4 officers went in and took over.  A missile was fired toward shore (this
was on 9/11). Right after that the missile cruiser was ordered to
go to the Sea of Japan and stay there for a year.

____ thinks that missile went into the Pentagon...
