HOW I LOST WEIGHT

AND BECAME A NON-EATER

THE SCIENCE OF RECOGNITION

THAT ENABLES NON-EATING:

SPIRITUAL-BEINGS.jpg

What if the „body of your dreams” is not purely a physical body? What if it is not even mainly a physical body? How do we use the will-building self-visualization and self-motivation techniques known from fitness training in order to achieve such a body?

Non-eating (pranic non-eating) is enabled by a recognition, see following parts below. That is a specific result of our preliminary discussion. Here, I would like to outline a science of such recognition. I have included some graphics by myself to illustrate the points at issue.

Such recognition is enabled by a mechanism that we call understanding. When we „understand” something, we thereby make its unseen causal structure seen. Making the unseen seen (such as you are doing, reading and understanding this) is a form of extra-sensory inner vision. What it shows us is a metaphysical Creator matrix behind our reality. The same vision is that what enables pranic non-eating. It uses the third eye (forehead chakra) and may be considered a supernatural astral but real activity of our immortal, undying soul. We dock on to the „feeder” of life energy through divine Source vision, if and when unhindered by any fears. It provides us with a sun-like joyful inner Light through our soul.

Vision can be trained upon itself („understanding vision through using vision”). Its horizon is cosmic including the source of Creation. Vision, thus trained upon itself, grows, expands and strengthens. Vision itself is unseen but makes itself seen. A branch of Western philosophy (with roots in Christian Patristic and Scholasticism, starting with René Descartes, then John Locke, David Hume, Immanuel Kant and more modern authors) has made non-physical self-visualization an important concern. This movement may be termed „reflectionism” since it analyzes the reflection of the unseen I in the seen physical world. This branch of philosophy is an important foundation for the modern science of deep psychology (see below).

A trained high level of vision and its graphic awareness is needed for pranic non-eating. This field of research is vastly complex and involved practically the totality of human knowledge, acting in a synchronized and graphically dense mode of thinking (emotional vision of infinity akin to Sigmund Freud’s languages of the manifest and the latent dream, i.e. the natural Creator language of [white] Logos). The Truth makes us free, but we must turn to it (vision) – God is independence!

We are fortunately already in a position today to use certain analytical concepts to come to grips with this:

PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, A LIST AND AN OUTLINE:

The strange ability to live without eating has not left me. I initially felt afraid of this ability. It disrupted my social life, and it took lots of fun out of life at the beginning. Like most reported people who have gone through the 21 day initiation process, I returned to normal eating habits and a disciplined form of eating. I also kept up my fitness program. The weight of 70 kg that I reached at the end of my 21 days might have been too low. I have gained muscle; fat has come back to limited extent and my average morning weight is between 85 and 88 kg (I am 1.82 tall, male, 45 years old). I am no body-builder, I don’t look like one, and this is no goal of mine.

Since February 19, 2008, I am back to non-eating in a form outlined below:

During the past year, I have thought and researched extensively WHY this method can work, in apparent contradiction to our so-called science. I have found many good answers (not least: much of our mainstream science is ideologically challenged and perceptually blind). This has helped me loose completely all fear of the specific non-eating method. The past year was a long-drawn farewell to the wish to eat and drink. Additional changes to my social life were necessary; the relatively long time period of a whole year was helpful for this.

A significant recurring experience during 2007 was the following: I was the co-founder and member of a Rotary Club since late 1994. It was not so much a business club as a private gathering from many walks of life. The harmony of club life had been deteriorating and cliques had formed, but that is nothing unusual in such groups. I had spent more than a decade of pleasant and instructive club life in that association of friends.

After my 21 day Jasmuheen process in January 2007 (see link above), I became painfully aware of being different. I held a brief presentation to the club of my experience. Of course, the non-eating aspect of my dramatic weight loss program was met with doubt. That is not what I mean here, however. The evening meetings of the club were always organized around a joint dinner. I no longer enjoyed the habitual, even socially compulsory eating at a late hour; it actually turned me off. But over and above that, I had a recurring strong negative extra-sensory perception from this: It was like a wave of fear and dark energy emanating from the group and entering me. The wave came when I was in the group, but it rose to peaks at the dinner time. This had probably always been the case, but now I could feel it consciously with a high degree of awareness. As soon as this wave of dark energy entered me, I would be overcome with stress and a powerful or even obsessive appetite to eat (a hunger definitely non-physiological by that time in my personal development program).

I felt unable to explain this to the group, for it might have sounded like I was laying some blame at their front door which was not my intention. I finally left the group in September 2007 and have been free of this negative extra-sensory yet overpowering sensation since then. If I am asked today I would say that the appetite or compulsion to eat is contagious based on a fear energy field in our collective subconscious. One result of the Jasmuheen process was that I became aware of that and was able to pull out of the underlying collective field based on my free decision. An overall subject of non-eating would be, to become free of this type of deep fear and subconscious control over myself. That might help explain my motivation why I am involved in this.

I still do enjoy the taste of certain food. As described, non-eating actually helps to develop a taste for the joyful aspects of eating. I eat occasionally for pleasure. My regular sleep-mode daily calorie requirement would be 2400 kilocalories, work mode somewhere above 3000 calories. My actual average daily calorie intake might range between 0 and 400 kilocalories. Certain meetings might require to eat more on a given day. You might classify this as semi-non-eating, even though from a mere physiological standpoint it is not explicable (and is not recommended for imitation, see disclaimer below). I had already experienced the ability to live well on such a reduced calorie rate during the greater part of 2006, a phenomenon not entirely new to the science of nutrition. Loss and gaining of weight function independent of that (also described by the pharmacologist Dr. Michael Werner, quote in link above). One issue that sticks in my mind is the report by strict non-eater Michael Werner during his medical examination for ten days in a German hospital (quote in link above) that his digestive organs have atrophied. I am by no means sure that I want that to happen to me, even though it is not painful or cumbersome to him.

I assembled this concept during 2007. The main preparatory steps were (in accordance with Tom Venuto, cited in first link on this page) to select high-grade foods (food quality aspect). In addition, inner guides helped select specific suppliers of such foods (food source aspect). All through 2006 and 2007 I was somehow being schooled to perceive energies associated with food, eating and nutrition-related socialization. This let my awareness and discernment of such energies increase considerably. As a result, I am able to recognize subtle energies in my environment (similar as described by Master Choa Kok Sui for Pranic Healing, see below). This is not „clairvoyance” as this term is usually understood; it is an energetic sensitivity resulting from specific processes over one to two years.

The actual intake of prana (immaterial subtle life energy, orgone) takes places by way of a conscious passive act of recognition. We do not „eat” energy but we „recognize” it with our specifically conditioned and expanded consciousness. It is a natural epistemological act of a sensitized mind mentally related to love, i.e. transcending the ego. The secret is not the method of intake itself (recognition, a much researched subject) but the path how the mind becomes sensitized for it. Se we might rephrase our question: How does the mind become sensitized for this? There are two components: (i) dismissing false goals and beliefs (mainly, money and religion), and (ii) learning new things relating to prana (Chi, orgone, subtle life energy, quantum anergy, i.e. causal non-energy, logics-based spirituality of the Prime Source beyond religion).

I ate my last unplanned food during a birthday celebration for a friend on February 19, 2008 (the same friend at whose New Year’s celebration I had eaten my last food prior to my 21 day process starting in January 2007). I drink a small (0.2 liter) glass of water with some zero calorie nutrition supplements about every other morning (for building muscle substance).

DISCLAIMER: READ MY FIRST REPORT LINKED ABOVE. THE DISCLAMER THEREIN IS MADE REFERENCE TO AS IF SET FORTH HEREIN IN FULL. DON’T USE THIS AS A RECOMMENDATION, ONLY AS INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ATTEMPT TO CHANGE TO NON-EATING CAN BE FATAL.

I acknowledge the radio interview with Ron Hicks on Saturday, February 16, 2008 as the final stimulus to return to non-eating, somehow summarizing the effect of the preceding year. See:

http://www.smarttalk.ca/sharktank.htm

Quote by Ron Hicks:

„‘Electromagnetic Frequency Fields’ Once you start to understand how the body and the brain work and what they are, you can start to understand the effects and the power of electromagnetic fields not only on the body but the human thought process and emotion as well. Ron will also feature via a recorded interview with: Dr. jur. Stefan Grossmann about his article HOW I LOST WEIGHT AND BECAME A NON-EATER and how the electromagnetic fields help him.”

The radio interview (bad phone line at times) is here:

This stuff is just fundamental to understand who we are – spiritual beings of immortality and perfection. Of the seven bioplasmic bodies that Barbara Ann Brennan describes (see below), the fourth one is our Astral Body (our soul). It is immortal. It survives dimensional transition (death). It does not need material food, period. The food-bound physical body is temporarily disabled for as long as our Astral Body is tucked away in our subconscious; but humanity is awakening from its deep stupor of the Fall.

Per my experiences, I have a much more intensified feeling than before for the nutritional life energy that sustains the body during non-eating. It is the same energy that is called prana in the ancient Indian Upanishads. The energy inflow is blissful, as I can register today, in many ways similar (but not identical) with what Indian yogis term Samadhi (rapture). It is an energy flow in the body and not just in the head, similar or stronger in intensity to the flow of the negative appetite-energy that I was able to experience in my Rotary Club prior to leaving it.

I remember many years ago I had an intense interest in a book by a psychologist, Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, about the phenomenon that he describes as „flow”. My readings back then were probably an early stage of my search for this very phenomenon. See general discussion here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_%28psychology%29

This is still very generic and is not a real explanation of the non-eating phenomenon, but it helps prepare the mind for an understanding.

Preparing for this article, I initially came up with 15 fields of knowledge, such that can be researched on the internet and through books, that provide important aspects to understand non-eating, the possibility of non-eating, and the fallacity of other branches of science in contradiction to this. Here is my initial list for further research:

1Anna Freud (specialized psycho-analysis of the ego and its „Defence Mechanisms”)*

2Sigmund Freud (psycho-analysis in its founding form)*

3Carl Gustav Jung (psycho-analysis, Jungian branch)*

4Biophysics (interdisciplinary science field)*

5Tesla-Bearden Overunity Engineering*

6Upanishad Studies*

7Bicameralism*

8Hemi-Sync Brain Unification

9Reiki (degrees one, two and three)

10Pranic Healing (in particular, Master Choa Kok Sui)

11Ancient Civilizations of Mu (Pacific) and Atlantis (Atlantic)

12Barbara Ann Brennan (in particular her book, „Hands of Light”)

13Jasmuheen (author in Australia, founder of modern pranic non-eating movement)

14Thiaoouba Studies (book by Michel Desmarquet, additional writings by Thomas Chalko)

15Deeksha (movement founded by Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan in Golden City, Tamil Nadu, India)

Note: The asterisk * behind the first seven fields marks such fields that fall within mainstream academic study, however contentious some of these may be. The volume of pre-existing research is accordingly very large. The field of radionics was not listed separately but was deemed included in Tesla-Bearden Overunity Engineering. Hemi-sync brain unification is researched by the Monroe Institute in Virginia, based on measurable effects (after the great American astral travel pioneer, Robert A. Monroe). Reiki and Pranic Healing are acknowledged by energy medicine, a progressive department of medical science. Mu and Atlantis are on the very outskirts of present-day historical research activities as seen from a mainstream viewpoint. The four last fields in the list are outside what most would deem the domain of established science.

Each one of the foregoing 15 fields of knowledge can be the dedicated subject of a life-long full-time researcher’s occupation. No single person can thus have a full comprehensive knowledge of all 15 fields. Fortunately, no such full knowledge is needed for the method proposed, even though skeptic and curious minds may find the information helpful and elucidating.

My Artist’s Rendition of a Pranic Energy Bright Spot

Such as our Soul Docks Onto when Feeding

The basic historical outline is this: Man came to Earth as a pristine and perfect spiritual being. During the early times of the great Pacific civilization of Mu (established 250,000 years ago, at the outset not yet having formed the Atlantic colony of Atlantis), man had the natural ability to live in happiness without material food and drink. Our original heritage is to live on prana the universal life energy, a blissful energy of many names.

The requirement to eat material food and to drink material drink was given to man during the event known summarily as „the Fall”. There are many details about this; and it is a period long drawn out. It has to do with man becoming acquainted with evil. A key to understanding this is the materially dense and bicameral brain. The materially dense and bicameral brain with its psychic ramifications leads to the necessity of man to eat and drink material nutrition.

We cannot feasibly undo the materially dense and bicameral brain, but we can successfully undo and counteract its negative psychic ramifications. These ramifications are a form of schizophrenia – we are from an outside perspective of perfection all mentally ill, but not hopelessly so. We are under the illusion of being separate from Prime Source. We are under the illusion of being alone in the universe, cut off from the Creator Spirit and Source’s Love-Light.

The method for counteracting and undoing this illusion is to remember in our deep mind, many lives ago, the stage of pristine perfection of spiritual beings. That is the awakening that our present times are about. Awakening into the Light of Divine Love restarts the flow of „Divine Radiance” (Jasmuheen) as the guiding force in our life.

I can contribute my personal notes  - not an extensive research report -  in the concluding part of this overview:

PERSONAL NOTES 1 THROUGH 15

GOING THROUGH MY LIST:

1.  ANNA FREUD: She, favorite daughter, and pupil, of Sigmund Freud (psychiatrist, founder of psycho-analysis) developed to a high level the theory describing how human beings are hived mental entities. Their ego (personality) creates itself by erecting invisible yet powerful walls against outer influences. These walls are described technically as „Defence Mechanisms” of the ego. They are the main reason why we can develop our personality in freedom as individual beings. The downside of the defence mechanisms is, however, that we place ourselves in the artificial illusion of being alone in the universe, and being separate from our Creator Source. Over extended time living in such an artificial mental hive, the memory of Creator Source and of our spiritual identity fades away in forgetfulness and ultimately into deep denial. The work of Anna Freud is strictly clinical. When she passed on, high on her list of unfullfilled wishes was to write a history of how the defence mechanisms came into human life during the evolution of mankind. I have been deeply interested in this field of research founded by Anna Freud since my law school years (in the 1980s). It provides an outstanding platform to understand the human side of legal problems, legal fights and conflicting alternate versions of defined reality. I am learning now that our culturally and personally defined reality extends as far as our seeming need to eat material food and drink material drink. This is a well-settled field of academic and psychiatric analysis and can be used as a foundation and starting point for all else proposed in this article.

2.  SIGMUND FREUD: Founder of psycho-analysis. The founding book of this scientific movement of psychiatry is the voluminous monograph entitled „Die Traumdeutung” (The Interpretation of Dreams), Vienna 1900. It identifies and interprets two hidden natural languages in the human subconscious, namely (i) the language of manifest dreams (dream symbols), and hidden behind it (ii) the language of meanings termed the language of latent dream or dream-wish. These two languages determine our human existence but are cut off from our conscious self. Humans in their present form are thus essentially driven beings. (Note: a very large literature and body of expertise exists; however, no state of final truth about these issues has been reached and the research is ever ongoing.) Two more of Sigmund Freud’s famous pupils are Carl Gustav Jung and Wilhelm Reich, see in context below.

Do not try to learn psycho-analysis (Freudian branch) from the internet. It is a branch of medical study and requires reading of the books of Sigmund Freud as part of an appropriate university-level study. To master this field, you will need practical experience working with real life cases over an extended period of time in addition to the theory. A modern assessment of Sigmund Freud’s achievements also requires a working knowledge of newer, alternate forms of psycho-analysis and related methods that partly relativate the original findings of this science’s founder. There is presently no universally accepted consensus what „the” form of psycho-analysis is.

3.  CARL GUSTAV JUNG: A pupil of Eugen Bleuler and Sigmund Freud, early-on founder of an alternate branch of psycho-analysis (Jungian psycho-analysis). Carl Gustav Jung expanded the still-new field of psycho-analysis into the realms of the collective and universal. His key concepts for this expansion of the field are the „collective unconsciousness” and the „archetypes”. Stronger psychic power is attributed to these than to the individual wishes and drives of a person. Jungian psycho-analysis works strongly with mandalas and other consciously aware symbols of the collective unconsciousness and of universal archetypes. This brings Jung’s work more in the direction of a science of spiritual awakening than the work of Sigmund Freud. The need to eat and drink is not a universal archetype nor is it a mere individual drive; but it is rooted deep in man’s collective subconsciousness as a result of man’s Fall (a historical process, long-drawn out in the forgotten period more than 10,000 years ago). A more modern term for the collective unconsciousness is, the „racial karma” of mankind.

4.  BIOPHYSICS: A dynamic relatively new interdisciplinary science. The ground was broken for this science in the 19th century by the pioneer of experimental psychology, Gustav Theodor Fechner, founder of psychophysics. Fechner starts with the „monistic thought that bodily facts and conscious facts, though not reducible one to the other, are different sides of one reality. His originality lies in trying to discover an exact mathematical relation between them.” Quote from:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustav_Fechner

The question raised by Fechner has proven to stand the test of time. If one so wishes, one may draw a historical line all the way back to Aristotle in the 4th century B.C. investigating the psychic forces behind animal locomotion, the principle of the „unmoved moving” also used in his natural theology. The current outline of this interdisciplinary field is something like this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biophysics,

quite complex!

Specific pioneers for my research of the pranic non-eating phenomenon are Wilhelm Reich (a pupil of Sigmund Freud but founder of yet another alternate form of psycho-analysis), Fritz-Albert Popp and Michael Werner/Thomas Stöckli:

CLOAKANDDAGGERgetting-rid-o.jpg

– Wilhelm Reich was a truth-loving Austrian-American scientist emigrated from Germany who was hounded by the American Nazi regime until he died in prison. He is the father of the concepts of „orgone” (invisible positive life energy) and its opposite, „DOR” (death orgone, invisible negative life energy). Orgone is a modern scientific name for the life energy known of ancient under such names as prana and qi. It is that what sustains us when we live without eating and drinking material substances.

– Fritz-Albert Popp rediscovered the weak photonic energy that is used by human and animal body cells to communicate and to coordinate their activity. See comments in part one (first link at the top of this page).

– Michael Werner/Thomas Stöckli: See discussion in part one (first link at the top of this page).

5.  TESLA-BEARDEN OVERUNITY ENGINEERING: Explore and read carefully

http://www.cheniere.org

and the books by Tom Bearden in the web site’s online book store.

The explanatory value for pranic non-eating is, of course, that the human body is an overunity machine of a high degree of perfection. See some specific notes in part 1 of this series (first link above on this page).

Backward scientists and engineers will fall into hysteric tantrums of denial and will howl something about thermodynamics, but just ignore them. They may just be belching dummies, paid stooges of the oil-soaked Illuminati empire, or both, and essentially wrong in any case. Gargoyles falling off the spire...

6.  UPANISHAD STUDIES: The Upanishads are an ancient body of Brahmanic scripture from India. The oldest accessible source for such concepts as prana (life energy), the clinger (person clinging to material values), samadhi (rapture), etc. When we read about non-eating fakirs from India, this is the intellectual basis of their abilities, together with face-to-face education from master to pupil over generations. (Listed here as an academic discipline for the historical, text-critical and philological side of the subject.)

Essential Books:

The Uphanishads (many online in translations). Only initiates with the ability to work on the astral level can grasp the hidden meanings. The hidden meanings are not necessarily prone to be expressed with physical words. They are not, on the other hand, what we westerners typically call a religion – they are not belief but are true occult science prior to rational communicatability, not to be confounded with a mere proto-science. What follows below is largely an attempt to rationalize this occult science embodied in the Upanishads, an attempt partly successful to date and on the verge of becoming fully successful (so-called spiritual awakening or Second Coming of the Christ Consciousness, actually the First Coming on the level of our collective mind, definitely not largely identical with so-called New Age occultism).

Not directly to the point, but helpful background information relating to astral awareness is an acquaintance with the research on near death experiences (NDE), extensive documentation on the internet and in the writings of Raymond A. Moody and other authors. „Astral awareness” basically means, that our mortal consciousness, individual and collective, is gradually being opened to that what is beyond man’s death horizon. Bluntly, that what the Vatican does not want us to realize under absolutely any circumstances.

– CONCEPTS OF „WORKING ON THE ASTRAL LEVEL” –

Per the foregoing section #6 (Upanishad Studies), I would in the following like to present some of the major rationalized concepts of „working on the astral level” (sections ##7-15 below):

7.  BICAMERALISM: Psycho-historical thesis launched by Julian Jaynes that modern consciousness originated less than 3000 years ago when our two brain hemispheres gradually began to „dialogue”. The pre-conscious state of old, a concentious thesis, is defined as schizoid. Theory mentioned here primarily because of the notable parallel to astral liberation through the hemi-sync technology (see entry below on this page).
